Youth Mindfulness Workshop
Saturday 7th September 2pm - 4pm
Mindfulness is a way of training the brain to be present which involves paying attention to what is happening as it happens, and doing so with an attitude of kindness, acceptance, and non-judgment.
This 2 hour workshop is a perfect way to introduce young people to the concept of mindfulness in a fun and interactive way by playing games, discussing thoughts and meeting new people. (Adults are free to join in too!)
As a qualified secondary school teacher with over 15 years experience in the classroom Vicki understands the importance of learning in a fun and dynamic way. Join her and her "Mindfull Monkeys" on an incredibly informative and kinastetic workshop.
