Graduate Youth Mindfulness Programme
This a 5 week programme which introduces children to Mindfulness and is suitable for children aged 10-16. The weekly sessions are interactive and can help children improve their concentration, attention, resilience and attitude and uplift their mood.
In a recent study 98% of children reported benefits to their emotional wellbeing or ability to focus and pay attention after learning mindfulness through the sessions we deliver.
Parents / guardians are welcome to stay and join in or pop and have a coffee and come back and collect their child.
As a secondary school teacher with over 15 years experience in the classroom, I fully understand the importance of childrens mental health and wellbeing.
Group sizes are kept small to ensure individual attention and support.
